Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

This was my second time working with Drain Flow, the first was back in January when we needed a kitchen disposal changed, they showed up on time, communication was great, and the job was done right. I called today with a toilet issue and Tony took the time to walk me through it over the phone and saved us some money. This is a great company that will earn your business.

I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I had PANN come out to take look and give me an estimate to have a shower rod installed for my clawfoot shower, that's it ( just the rod). Admittedly, I knew it would be more expensive for the hardware and installation, but they gave me an estimate of $3,000!!! Just tell me outright you won't do the jobrather than give me an outrageous estimate. I just had it installed beautifully for $500, and that included my great handyman ordering and payingfor the hardware...$500 for everything. Will never contact PANN for anything ever!

Pauric showed up to my house over the 4th of July weekend and repaired my water heater! These guys are so professional, clean, and do fantastic work. They are also reasonably priced and fair with their assessment on what needs to get done. If you are in need of a quality, RELIABLE plumber, then look no further than Hourican Plumbing and Heating!
