An hour later he had the water heater working like new, saving me the substantial cost of a brand new electric water heater in the process. I was very pleased. We had an ugly situation in which an invisible toilet leak ended up eroding our bathroom floor so that it partially caved in. Tony diagnosed the problem and told us how to proceed. We hired a person to rebuild the floor and tile the area. I was particularly impressed by Tony's thoughtfulness in continuing to text us about the progress of the floor and tiling job. Clearly he gives a lot of thought to his customers As soon as the floor was complete, Tony and Ralph returned to install a flange and outflow extension as well as installing new low-flow toilet. They cleaned up scrupulously after the job. I would happily recommend Drain Flow to anyone needing a household plumbing job. Great to work with. Reasonable costs. Extremely reliable.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I called them and they were able to come out that day to replace my water heater. Tim, the service representative, was vey knowledgeable and was able to remove the old heater and install the new one in very quick time. They have great staff there.

I can’t say enough about Pauric and his team He listened to our needs and got to work immediately. He was so professional and gave us exactly what we envisioned bringing faucets, garbage disposal and bath and shower parts that were exquisite. He worked so efficiently, there were times when I forgot he was here. In between each job, he made sure we were pleased before moving on to the next one. There was an unexpected problem with a pipe that was faulty in our bathroom that we never knew about and although he hadn’t expected to find that, he fixed it for us. Recently, my daughter bought a new home and the heating system needed to be replaced. I can’t begin to tell you the quality of THAT job.
