The guys showed up quickly and were professional the entire time! They helped me complete a couple plumbing projects that have been plaguing us around the house, and were very transparent about the cost as we went. Now if only plumbing was cheaper in general..

Came out to give me a quote on a new HVAC system-promise to get back to me within a week. I did not hear anything back for three weeks so when I finally called to ask about the quote, I was informed that the person who did my quote was not in the office and will get back with me by the end of the week and it has been two weeks since that phone call. What a nuisance

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

Jim was absolutely the best plumber I have ever had. I recently moved to Massachusetts from New Jersey. I could have really used Jim when I lived in NJ. He is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and does not rush. Jim is extremely thorough. Also we had many conversations before actually settling with the proper water heater. Noone can go wrong with Jim's Plumbing.
