I can't thank T-Flow enough for quickly and professionally installing a new water heater after ours burst and leaked all over our basement. We contacted T-Flow who quickly worked with us to identify the type of unit, dimensions and installation area and had the new unit installed within 1 business day. I needed help correcting the draft on the flue of my water heater. I called other locations and they didn't understand what I was talking about, but when I called McMahon, the woman who picked up was friendly and was able to get me a tech within the same morning. When the tech came, he was professional and courteous; he remained extremely communicative about what he was doing, and how he was doing it. He was also very patient when I asked a barrage of questions regarding other services. Would recommend for a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Furnace repair and update. They were prompt, pleasant,and efficient. I will certainly use them on future projects I have in mind. Also reasonable prices.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.

Everyone that I dealt with was polite and professional. Costs were explained in advance, and my leaking hot water heater was replaced within a few hours of my initial call. Very highly recommended!
