We had a family crisis when our water heater stopped producing hot water. I called McMahon Plumbing & Heating that morning and they arranged to come to my home a few hours later. Much to my surprise they were there even sooner, in just two hours. John, McMahon's plumber, diagnosed the problem as a burned out heating coil in my hot water heater. An hour later he had the water heater working like new, saving me the substantial cost of a brand new electric water heater in the process. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend McMahon Plumbing and will use them for all my family's plumbing issues in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

I've been using Drain Flow for over 5 years now and they do a fantastic job. They've unclogged main drains, replaced a water heater and done other various jobs for us. Not to mention, they ALWAYS show up. There's no one else we use for a reason. I 100% recommend Drain Flow.

I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

I recommend these guys 100%. When I call Joe the owner or the secretary that’s the beginning of my plumbing problems being resolved….every time!

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
