We contacted T-Flow who quickly worked with us to identify the type of unit, dimensions and installation area and had the new unit installed within 1 business day. November 2020 we contacted McMahon Plumbing and Heating on the recommendation of a neighbor. The tankless water heater/boiler we had was continually requiring expensive repairs, and we had to decide whether to do another costly repair, or move on to a new system. After an assessment from Adam, the owner, Mike, visited to see our situation, and discuss our options. We decided on a high efficiency Viessmann boiler with a Vitocell water tank. Adam did the installation in a day and returned to fine tune the system the next day. Adam was knowledgeable, skilled, and patient with our questions. We appreciated the visit by Mike to discuss our options, as it was a costly decision. We have been very satisfied with the function of the system. They also gave us clear instructions on recommended maintenance. I would highly recommend the company as they were responsive from the first phone call, conscientious, and efficient .

They have preformed numerous repairs and inspections for us. Each time their work has been outstanding, very respectful of the house, and they have exceptionally competitive pricing.

The first time they removed an exceptionally deep and stubborn clog. We had a 25' drain snake, which was not able to reach it. The 2nd time they diagnosed and repaired a sump pump float switch. The 3rd time, most recent, they conducted preventive maintenance of our heating system. They removed all the air, identified which issues I did not need to repair now (just keep an eye on), and conducted training on boiler operation . These folk truly know their craft and preform exceptional work.

I will continue using this service company as my go-to plumbers.

This is not our first experience with Pann, nor will it be the last. They are always punctual, always professional, and their work is exceptional.

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

A simple annual maintenance call on a fully functional system, half of which was installed by them the year before: $172 for parts (includes 60 for refrigerant) plus 2.5 hours (!) at $120/hour for a total of $472. Overpriced?
