Drew Donarumo Plumbing and Heating has been great to work with! Our heat stopped working in one of our apartment units and Matt was able to be there the following day to replace a few parts on our gas boiler. He’s very flexible and can explain in detail what the problems and solutions are through text, video, phone call, and pictures if needed. The whole process was incredibly smooth. If there was a rating for 10 stars, White's surely deserves it. My interaction with Tom started in March 2019, when we lost our heating system. We called several plumbers and most did not call back. Tom did call back and unfortunately, he was extremely busy and could not come out, but he did refer us to someone that could, and did come out and do a temporary repair to get us through the cold weather and the process to figure out financing. In the meantime, we got some extremely high estimates from some companies that are well known and highly advertised. Sad to say, I think these companies are able to take advantage of the situation that people are in. I got a good reference from my boss about White's and that matters since anyone can write a review and everyone has different opinions about quality of work. I have very high expectations in all areas of performance. We called White's for a brand new high efficiency heating system including a new hot water. Tom was timely, took time to answer all of our questions and he was very easy going and patient. He provided us with a detailed estimate on the spot. He explained to us the most cost effective way to replace our system and when we asked questions to compare his estimates to others, he explained the differences and said he could do it like the others and charge us more money if we wanted. That goes to show that he cares about his customers and not the money he can make. This is a family owned business that has been around for many years. After I got the finances pulled together, I called and setup the installation. Even though the estimate had expired and prices had gone up, he honored the original estimate. The date was set and Tom, his brother and father came, removed the old system, and installed the new one. Their work area was kept neat and clean at all times. All interactions with everyone from the time of setting up the estimate to completion of the project were timely and respectful. I would highly recommend their services.

Price gougers of the worst sort. Plumber calls up a second guy to run faucets on a different floor while he watches, and they charge full hourly rate for the second guy too. Impossible to schedule at a convenient time, doesn't send the plumber who worked on the problem last. Unpleasant to deal with on the phone. This company is the worst. Do not hire them.

McMahon provided excellent service. Everyone is professional and polite. They came quickly and did a fine job. BUT ... the cost was shocking. They charged me around $900 for something that took less than a bit more than an hour, and required a few common and inexpensive parts. They don't break down how much of the bill is parts and how much is labor so it's difficult to discuss it with them. I do know they have flat fee that they charge per visit (something like $160)... in addition any charges for parts and labor. They came to my house twice because they lacked a part on the first visit and charged me this fee twice. So that's $300 before they even start charging for labor or parts. Even at $600 it would be expensive considering that it was a small and fast repair. Despite the high quality of their work and their customer service I won't use them again.

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.

I needed an emergency plumber and Frank made an effort to come out last notice on the weekend. Supply house was closed for the parts he needed. Made plans to come back Monday. Frank showed up and finished the job. Honest and straight forward. I would use Frank again and refer him to friends and family.
