Wayne is incredibly helpful. He diagnosed the the problem quickly and solved it equally as fast. It was clear to me that Wayne takes pride in his work and pays attention to the fine details to make sure everything is done just right. As an example, when setting valves for water flow, Wayne explained to me when it is important to make sure the valve is not completely locked. He explained that this can lead to the valve becoming stuck, which can lead to damage in the future. Wayne also offered to show me what he was doing and explain why so that I have the tools to troubleshoot in the future if I need to. He also provided other tips with regard to plumbing that seem generally helpful to know (and I was unaware of) to avoid small things that can lead to costly problems.

Overall, I highly recommend Wayne. I will be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Gilbert and Vincent did an amazing job resolving our frozen pipe situation. They were able to thaw the pipes quickly and without incident. They even came back a few minutes later of their own accord to check and see if our water heater had kicked off since we’d been without hot water for several hours - it had indeed turned off, and Gilbert reset it for us. And they came back a third time when the basement shower had an issue after it finally thawed! They had been unable to access the pipes for that shower due to the design of the plumbing, but were able to make sure everything was in working order once those pipes thawed. Excellent service.

The procedure moved quite quickly from the time I made the contact to Erick's arrival. My problem was easily fixed as a result of the professional help I got. Recommend them for use in the future.
