Jim called me back the same day I called and was able to come out within a couple of days. Our steam heating system in our home was incredibly noisy and pipes would bang all over the house. Jim was able to perform a much-needed cleaning and overall service for the furnace and now our heat is silent! Will definitely call Jim for future heating/plumbing needs.

Wayne was fantastic. My in sink erator was broken (or so I thought). Glass had accidentally gone down and gotten stuck. I called South End Plumbing to schedule someone to come. I got an answering machine and left a message. Wayne called back a few hours later and said he could try to help me over the phone for free! So he talked me through it (ended up buying an allen wrench from Homed Depot) and followed his advice. He even offered to come later in the evening if it didn't work. Wonderful and friendly service at no cost!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing was extremely helpful. They did their job well and fixed our problem. They also told us in detail what the problem was and why it happened. They also did the job in less than an hour. Great company. I would highly recommend it.

I've been using Boston Standard Plumbing for about 5 years. If you want a company that shows up exactly when they say they will then BSP is the company for you, we are all busy, there is nothing more disappointing then waiting hours for a contractor that never shows! They also have the most courteous employees which must be coming from the top on who is hired to how they are trained. All around an A+ company.

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. All in all a lovely couple and ultimate professionals that take pride in their work. I will recommend Rich Mathews and Sons to all of my family and friends. I used High Quality Plumbing to replace my old boiler system that provided water for both the heating and hot water systems. The boiler was completely inoperable and the house was without hot water (and heat but it was May).

Simon came to my home to evaluate the existing system. After discussing with him what I thought I wanted and needed, Simon educated my on my options. This was an important step in the process as the solution I was interested in was tankless and high efficiency. Water quality plays an important factor in these systems.

It was during Simon's initial visit that decided I was going to use High Quality. Simon stressed wanting to get things right, not only from the standpoint of installation but also ensuring the system we were evaluating was the right solution for my home. Within 24 hours, Simon sent an extremely detailed quote with all the secondary and tertiary things needed for the installation. The quote came in $1000 under a quote from Winters Home Services (3 options, all very boilerplate).

After accepting the quote from High Quality Plumbing, Simon immediately came out and installed a 20 gallon hot water heater as a temporary solution because I had been without hot water (the reason why we were getting the boiler replaced).

Work started on time and was done the exact day Simon had scheduled. Inspection was passed without issue. He and his team were very clean and respectful.

Great people , answered in the middle of the night! Had a pipe leak , took care of it ASAP. Professional work !
