I had a clogged main sewage line about 80’ from the house. I called on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. A van came within 40 minutes and he was done in an hour. He was totally professional and the guy who took the phone call was great too. It was expensive, $600 to use the big snake but fast as hell! Thanks

We received professional and courteous service from the salesman, Scott, office personnel, and the service technicians, Vic and his apprentice, Mike. We had central air installed in our home and a mini-split heat pump installed in my mother’s apartment above the garage. We look forward to using our new cooling systems this summer! I had a leak in toilet that needed an emergency replacement of new toilet bowl. I randomly called Simon and he answered my call and gave the suggestion what to buy and made it easy for me one the 1st step. When he came, he got into work and didn't waste a single minute for me and replaced it in 1 hours time. Through out the process he explained me what he was doing and why he was doing. Very genuine and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work and will be calling him again for more work soon...... I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!

Just awfull they when to a clients house of mine and disconnected everything to the furnace and told her she needed a new one and quoted her saying it would be around $10,000.00 when the unit itself only costs under $1000.00 so she had a different company come in and with in 2 hours they had it working o and she is an elderly woman they are scam artist and they should be shut down
