Visits from Joe are becoming kind of a weekly thing around here. He's been super helpful at working around our remodeling schedule. When we realized some things that we hadn't really counted on needed to be fixed (hello, rusty water valve) were going to become part of the remodel too, he was able to just add it to his list.

I called Jim to get a water heater replaced in a rental property. He was very professional in every way- he always returned calls, he was punctual, he gave me clear info re costs involved. After his work was done, I had an electrical problem- Jim returned to the property and uncovered the source of the problem- which led to a quick resolution- which I was very happy about. I found South End Plumbing on Yelp and called because my garbage disposal had stopped working and my sink was getting backed up. Wayne answered my call at 6:30p and by 7:00p my disposal was working again...and the best part...it cost $0!!!! Wayne walked me patiently through every step of how to diagnose the problem and fix the disposal on my own all over the phone.
I highly recommend South End Plumbing and will definitely be going back.

They answered my phone around two hours later, found the issue, and finished the repair within an hour. Those with more limited budgets shouldn't bother with them. However, if you're looking for top-notch service with affordable prices and a quick turnaround, I don't think you can go wrong.

We had a problem with not getting hot water, We called them they asked a few questions we, were in an emergency situate . We told them what the problem was, they called us back in no time they sent someone out to evaluate the problem. Customer service was excellent as well as the repair person and the work. We will use them in the future if we should have a problem

Simon is a very respectful, hard working man of integrity. He was to replace a neutralizing whole house water filter .
He ordered the filter and had it delivered to my home. Everything arrived as ordered and on time. He showed up at my house on time and began his work.This unit he was replacing has been in my home for 22 years. The pipes were rusty which he replaced and the pipes had to all be rerouted. He drained the system and put the new unit in . removed all the pipes and shut off valves and replaced them. He cleaned up before leaving and put the items that he moved back where they were. I am so relieved that it's done. More then that I'm glad I hired Simon because he is a perfectionist. He won't leave a job until it's done right. I'm very pleased with the results.
