My boiler malfunctioned very early on a Sunday morning in a snowstorm leaving us with no heat. The only 24 hour emergency service plumbing and heating company in the area to answer the phone at 6am was Joe. He came over within the hour and fixed the issue a few minutes later. He was polite, professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling him again for any of my plumbing and heating needs. I strongly recommend him.

I had to get some plumbing work done and working with Jim was outstanding. Jim was really pleasant to deal with, always on time and easy to communicate with. Old water heater tank started leaking while I was at work. Misha was so helpful when I was panicked about my leaking water heater tank. She had me take a picture of my tank and she called back and walked me through what I needed to do to turn off the water. She remembered who I was every single time I called, even when I called a month later to pay the invoice. She scheduled Ivor to come and remove the old tank at my convenience. Ivor was very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. If you have a plumbing related crisis, Boston Standard is there!

We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

Larry was extremely professional and nice. He put in a new outlet pipe for my washer and fixed some bad plumbing right next to it. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but it was done well and done quick.

I have a Navien Combi boiler NCB-180 which stopped working and only made hot water but no heat. I diagnosed the unit and came to a conclusion that the 3 way valve was damaged. Made a call to Simon on a Saturday and explained the problem and was able to get an appt for Tues. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable and taught me alot about the system. Through his diagnosis he was able to confirm my diagnosis and explained that not only was the 3 way valve damaged but I also needed a new heat exchanger. While talking to Navien he was able to get me a free 3 way valve and motherboard not under warranty and also a heat exchanger that was under warranty. Once Navien sent the parts Simon made an appt immediately for install and completed the job ahead of schedule while teaching me some valuable lessons along the way. I highly recommend high quality plumbing for any plumbing needs, very professional and take pride in a job well done.
