Ron and his co-worker Mike came to fix my fireplace that wouldn't light. Ron was courteous, knowledgable and efficient when it came to fixing my fireplace. He explained why the fireplace wasn't working and then proceeded to fix the unit so that it would function properly. He also cleaned the interior of the fireplace and reorganized the artificial logs which were misaligned.

Overall I was very pleased with the level of service I received and would call Ron and Pann Home Services in the future.

Pouric and his team were great! Cost saving suggestions, punctual, clean and very nice. Will be calling them for our next project!

True Blue Plumbing & Heating was exceptional to work with! We replaced our old oil furnace and hot water system with new gas systems after getting the gas line brought to our house. Steve and his crew were terrific. They did the work over the course of 3 cold January days and sequenced everything so that we were not without heat or hot water for any noticeable length of time. They showed up at 8am when they said they would, they cleaned up after the work areas at the end of each day, the took care of the inspections with the city and National Grid and they were willing to answer all of the questions that we had about running and maintaining these 2 new systems. Karen, in the True Blue office, guided us through the MassSave loan process too. I would highly recommend True Blue Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the South Shore!

We had an amazing experience with Michael and Brad. Both were on time, professional and communicated very well. Both very friendly and informative as well. Michael spent the entire day trying to fix our existing AC unit. After he went above and beyond trying everything he could, he quickly followed up with a phone call explaining the scope of work needed and costs associated.They scheduled us quickly with Brad who called prior to coming to make sure we would be home and expecting him. He kept us informed on the work he was doing every step of the way. It took two days to install and test the equipment. We were a little concerned on the second day as we were planning on taking off early for a wedding but Brad worked around our schedule and got there early to ensure he was finished by the time we needed to be on the road.In my experience, companies like this have always given a “time frame” of like 5 hours that they might show up in.. and sometimes do. Often don’t. Winters gave me an actual time so I could plan the rest of my day and the techs reached out to confirm so I wasn’t sitting at home all day waiting for the doorbell to ring. I reached out to at least 4 other companies and Winters was the first to get back to me and schedule someone to take a look at the unit for free. Every other company was going to charge me a couple hundred dollars to have someone come out. The amount of time Michael spent working on our unit without charging me showed me the work ethic of the employees at this company. Brad solidified the experience. I would totally recommend the company and both of these friendly and professional gents!

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

Very professional & knowledgeable & detailed. I had a lower quote from another company who could do the job right away so went with that company.

Lost heat to our home, called McGrath Plumbing and a person actually answered as opposed to an answering machine for most other companies. They responded quickly on a snowy stormy night, diagnosed and repaired the problem in quick order and had our heat back on in no time. The charge was most reasonable, more so for it being a weekend and a snow storm. It is nice to know there are still old school local companies which do great work for a fair price. Will use McGrath Plumbing in the future for our plumbing heating needs and definitely recommend them to others.

Michael with Presidents Plumbing was super responsive when I had a problem with my heat. He took care of the issue and I had heat within an hour. He was super professional, explained the issue & how I can prevent it. For sure someone to rely on!

They have always been prompt, up front and transparent about what to expect and the cost associated, and I have always been very satisfied with the results. Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

Quality plumbing company with excellent responsiveness. As a contractor, I have had the Pavidis team start and finish many kitchen and bath projects. They have showed up when needed, given me the heads up on upcoming project hurdles and nailed their estimates. Highly recommended from a builders perspective.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
