They came to my house immediately to inspect the work needed, and they came back later in the day to do the job but I had to ask them to do it another day to run the details of the repair by the person buying my house. They understood and came back on my next day off of work and did the job perfectly. Immediate response and flexible scheduling.

Rich did a great job helping me out with my broken water heater. He, out of many companies I called, was the fastest, cheapest, and ended up the highest job quality. He’s very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended service!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I've lived in the same place for 12 years and always thought my toilet moved slightly, but I was always told that it was in my head. Even when my wax seal was replaced, a plumber from a different company never said anything. I decided to get a new toilet, and Luis asked me if I had noticed that my toilet only had one screw instead of two holding it to the floor. I had! Apparently my flange was broken! Luis did a great job laying out options and distinguishing what repairs were required, optional and unnecessary, but a possible future project.

I can’t say enough about Pauric and his team He listened to our needs and got to work immediately. He was so professional and gave us exactly what we envisioned bringing faucets, garbage disposal and bath and shower parts that were exquisite. He worked so efficiently, there were times when I forgot he was here. In between each job, he made sure we were pleased before moving on to the next one. There was an unexpected problem with a pipe that was faulty in our bathroom that we never knew about and although he hadn’t expected to find that, he fixed it for us. Recently, my daughter bought a new home and the heating system needed to be replaced. I can’t begin to tell you the quality of THAT job. True Blue Plumbing & Heating was exceptional to work with! We replaced our old oil furnace and hot water system with new gas systems after getting the gas line brought to our house. Steve and his crew were terrific. They did the work over the course of 3 cold January days and sequenced everything so that we were not without heat or hot water for any noticeable length of time. They showed up at 8am when they said they would, they cleaned up after the work areas at the end of each day, the took care of the inspections with the city and National Grid and they were willing to answer all of the questions that we had about running and maintaining these 2 new systems. Karen, in the True Blue office, guided us through the MassSave loan process too. I would highly recommend True Blue Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the South Shore!

I called them for a last minute issue this morning. They came within the hour to check it out. We were installing a bidet and the pipe that connects to the tank wasn't screwing back in properly, so when we turned the water on, water would start leaking out of the bottom of the tank. Rob Jr. Came within the hour of me calling him and fixed everything really quick within 10 minutes. Turns out the threads were crossed, and he even helped finish the installation of the bidet. He can work around really tight spaces as well. Expert service!

Jeff and Vinny showed up at my house within 15 minutes of my calling Winters. They identified the issue, went out into the storm to get a part without any complaint, and then fixed the problem in short order. Throughout they were professional, pleasant, and very helpful. A+ service!

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.
