Mike and his guy’s are great. The whole team was professional from start to finish. Mike was very transparent and only added suggestions if he thought one of my ideas was counterproductive. Anyone I send Mike to is always pleased with his quality and attention to detail.

I had to get some plumbing work done and working with Jim was outstanding. Jim was really pleasant to deal with, always on time and easy to communicate with. The work was initiated as explained and finished in time. He explained the work he did in details and completed the job. Wayne is incredibly helpful. He diagnosed the the problem quickly and solved it equally as fast. It was clear to me that Wayne takes pride in his work and pays attention to the fine details to make sure everything is done just right. As an example, when setting valves for water flow, Wayne explained to me when it is important to make sure the valve is not completely locked. He explained that this can lead to the valve becoming stuck, which can lead to damage in the future. Wayne also offered to show me what he was doing and explain why so that I have the tools to troubleshoot in the future if I need to. He also provided other tips with regard to plumbing that seem generally helpful to know (and I was unaware of) to avoid small things that can lead to costly problems.

Overall, I highly recommend Wayne. I will be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Rich is a Master plumber and a great person to work with. He is responsive, professional and competitively priced. What really stands out: the high quality of his work and his genuine personality. He makes certain that you understand the process and is just nice to talk to. He makes certain that everything is taken care of on site and then follows up with you afterward. Anthony put in a new high efficient boiler and it is working great. His quote was a little less than the other quotes i received and he was able to finish the job in 2 days. High quality work, high quality parts, reasonable price in an efficient manner, cant ask for more than that!

I had a leak in toilet that needed an emergency replacement of new toilet bowl. I randomly called Simon and he answered my call and gave the suggestion what to buy and made it easy for me one the 1st step. When he came, he got into work and didn't waste a single minute for me and replaced it in 1 hours time. Through out the process he explained me what he was doing and why he was doing. Very genuine and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work and will be calling him again for more work soon...... There were others asking double the money without even asking what needs to be done. Great work Simon.

I'm a fairly new home owner. Irfan was on time, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and even let me know I had put my sump pump connection to the furnace humidifier back incorrectly -- explaining how it was supposed to be set up, etc. He performed the annual cleaning and gave me all the details I needed to know -- no complaints whatsoever.

Pat was a joy to work with. We ran across several unforeseen issues with both plumbing and gas. Pat explained every issue and was able to rectify any and all problems we encountered.

Timely, efficient, super kind, trustworthy!

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.

Quoted $1600 on a job that I got done for $300 when asked for breakdown of parts vs labor guy shrugged...did come out on time to quote the job though, now a day 3 stars for that.
