Best Water Pipe Leak in Washington DC

I am managing a few real estate properties and Dimo Stoev from DMV Plumbing is doing an excellent plumbing service when I need. He is fast responding to requests, evaluates with competence the problems, gives very reasonable estimate for the price and time for project completion. I am very satisfied of the quality of his performances and the detailed explanations he gives for the plumbing problems and how to avoid them. Talented, skilled, and honest plumber! Contacted this business, the business owner came out the next day and not only fixed our pressure valve but insisted that it did not need to be replaced as other plumbers had requested. Incredibly polite and professional, and willing to install a showerhead that I had not requested initially. The showerhead installation ended up being much more complicated than initially determined and they did not request or charge any more than the estimate, in fact they refused it when we insisted that the charge was too low. Terrible. The overweight plumber from DH Stevens hung around my house for 5 hours to install two faucets, then charged me $800. Total rip off.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

This plumber in town is the best at getting drains clean. I just called them to clean a drain in my house, and they went above and beyond what I expected.

After researching at least 10 other plumbing companies to do the plumbing on my unfinished basement we settled on No Limit Plumbing. The price was very fair and Shawn was very hands on throughout the process. He showed up on time everyday and gave clear explanations/guidance on things we we not knowledgable on.
