Adam is fabulous! First of all, you would not expect these qualities in a plumber: Soft spoken, kind, generous hearted. I refer to him as the Zen Plumber. I texted him on a Friday night to tell him that the sink he worked on a few years before had started leaking. He came out Saturday morning. We discovered that the part that was installed wrong was the finishing touches my handyman had done when installing a new sink. Even though it wasn’t his work, he fixed it for free! What surprising and amazing customer service!

these guys do good work. not inexpensive, however, have had a number of tasks performed, and they’ve never mined for additional unnecessary work, never suggested additional work that didn’t seem warranted. seems ok to trust their recommended solutions, which to me, based upon my inability to do the work myself, seems valuable.

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. Transparency in upfront cost was lacking. I took a loss for having someone come buy and work was not done. To snake a toilet should not cost 500. 00 dollars . And was still charged to have plumber come to house.
