I needed a plumbing company to stop the water hammering problem at my home. I previous had a bad experience not getting this fixed by another company. The operator for Affordable Plumbing took my info and wanted me to send pics what the previous company did. I had a tech Monday morning at a reasonable time, operator gave me a courtesy call to let me know the technician was on his way. The tech who came was Carlos, he explained to me and showed me the cause of the problem, he was very informative. Techincian did some repairs and fixed the problem. Going into two days after, I don't hear any water hammering. I wish I called them sooner, I feel they value their customers. I have recommended a co-worker of mine to call them in case they have plumbing issues.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Hired Stevens to clear my french drains. Cancelled our first appointment late the afternoon before. So, I rescheduled. I called to see if they did the work late in the day and they didn't know. Ultimately, they informed me that the pipes needed to be dug up and replaced. I hired Roto Rooter to clear them, which they did.

Then a week later Stevens called to charge me for multiple hours of work they did failing to clear the drains. Why'd they do work if the job couldn't be done? And if it couldn't be done, how is it that another company managed it.

Contractors in the DMV are the worst. Sadly, Stevens has joined the fray of poor contractors.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. Absolutely first-rate! Mr. Durance came to replace a kitchen faucet. When the replacement I had acquired proved defective, he went out and got another one so the job could be completed in one visit. His conscientiousness was truly welcome.

After researching at least 10 other plumbing companies to do the plumbing on my unfinished basement we settled on No Limit Plumbing. The price was very fair and Shawn was very hands on throughout the process. He showed up on time everyday and gave clear explanations/guidance on things we we not knowledgable on. The permit process was also included so we did not have to worry about that. I must say we were very pleased with the workmanship and profesionalism
