I've used Geo a couple times now. First off, his prices are extremely fair, which is a huge plus and probably why you are reading this. But on top of that, he is also very professional, responsive - easy to get ahold of and talk to, and very thorough. This last time I called him out was pretty routine, but the first time he came, he worked for a couple hours to not only fix a problem, but also went overboard to make sure our chronic issue would be contained. Can't recommend him enough.

I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

They submitted a bid on a commercial project then ended up not returning calls or emails, either from the estimator directly or from the office. Set us back quite a bit.

Incredibly professional. Would recommend to any friend or family. Came and fixed our tankless water heater on the same day, and all for a very reasonable price. Prides themselves on being clean, timely, and informative. My wife and I plan to use them again in the future.

The customer service is good and the technicians are professional. I know they have overhead cost and won’t make money charging normal prices but this place has “atrocious” costs for everything down to changing a popped chain on the inside of the toilet. Ridiculously, I repeat ridiculously overpriced for jobs that take 1-2 min to diagnose, 2-3 minutes to perform and another 2-3 minutes to complete invoice so a less than 10 minute job and you want “hundreds” of dollars. Nahh!!!

Awesome service from beginning to end. It started with Chris Martin, the customer service/sales representative. Then it ended with Mike! Mike is the best tech that I have ever seen! He came into my home, surveyed the work to be performed, returned to his vehicle, came back and immediately started to prepare the work area by covering my floors with a tarp to prevent any possible damage that could occur to my property. He later informed me of the work that would be done and walked me thru the process from beginning to end prior to starting the job! The added bonus, was that he finished ahead of time! I strongly recommend Sila for any and all of your HVAC needs. Five Stars across the board!

James promptly responded to my emergency request to unclog my kitchen sink drain. We quickly established a time to come take a look. He was a creative problem solver when the solution was not be straight forward. It was fixed promptly and will use him again!
