I have no problem at all with my current sump pump but, I purchased an emergency backup system for protection, in case of a power outage, and needed it installed so I contacted Joseph Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to do the job for me. My appointment was scheduled for a 9-12 window and the gentlemen were knocking at my door at 8:55 am. They went to my pump to assess my needs, mentioned an alternative option to the pump that I had already purchased, quoted me a price and immediately went to work. Not only did the gentlemen install my new back up sump pump but they also corrected a potential problem with the PVC pipe that was already in place. Once all the work was done, they cleaned the area of all the old pipes and useless materials. In summary, the team that came to my home was punctual, professional, reasonably priced and, I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Talented, skilled, and honest plumber! Contacted this business, the business owner came out the next day and not only fixed our pressure valve but insisted that it did not need to be replaced as other plumbers had requested. Incredibly polite and professional, and willing to install a showerhead that I had not requested initially. The showerhead installation ended up being much more complicated than initially determined and they did not request or charge any more than the estimate, in fact they refused it when we insisted that the charge was too low. Avoid! Steve (big guy with pony tail) came to look at my leaking shower. He tried to persuade me to avoid my insurance company, pointed his finger in my face several times, called me stupid, tried to instigate an argument between me and my neighbor, insulted my girlfriend, refused to provide a formal estimate before beginning work, sought for me to admit all liabilities prior to work (and diagnosis), and was told by my management to leave the building due to his inappropriate behavior. His assistant gave me a ballpark estimate for the work, which was 3.5 times the amount my insurance company would authorize. I went to Jiffy plumbing, who did it for 1/4 the price, and they were nice.

I recently underwent a remodeling project, and their assistance with plumbing installations was invaluable. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of their work.!!

Kesterson does a decent job on the plumbing itself - Ben’s work is especially good.
However, overall communication is laborious and slow, non-plumbing work (rough landscaping repair, carpentry, callbacks for missed detail) is sloppy, and attention to detail is almost nonexistent.
Use KP&H for just your plumbing work, but pay someone else to do all the repair/replace work to put your house back in order.

I always have respect for a contractor who keeps his word and completes the job in a timely matter. From the initial inspection to the final bill, everything was exact and professionally done.

Sean was knowledgeable and professional. I am finishing my basement and I needed a professional to run plumbing to our future bathroom appliances. He noticed something a previous plumber missed. My bathroom was below the level of the street drain and the home builders had roughed in space for a pump. Without that, nothing in the bathroom would work! He also showed me how my sprinkler valve had a clear sign on it to replace it every 5 years (it had been 10!) and he taught me how to clean my A/C p-trap. Of course I hired him. The work was done in a day and they left the place cleaner than it started.
