Mr. Jenkins is a rare bird today! He delivers excellent workmanship, goes the extra step for the benefit of the client, is very competent and thorough and has reasonable rates. We called on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived on time with the replacement parts needed. The replacement wasn’t cheap but well worth the service. He’s a very professional and courteous person.
We will definitely keep his contact info and replace Cool Breeze (we had used them from 1996 until 2022).

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.
