The guys from Durance (Kirk, Adam, Matt) are honest, knowledgeable, and dependable and do great work. We have an old house and have trusted them with several different jobs (backups, leaks, furnace replacement) -- including in the middle of the pandemic. Each time it was a good experience despite the difficulty of dealing with plumbing issues. They're more interested in building relationships than making a quick buck.

This company was amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and understanding that we need our water heater up and running as quickly as possible. The technician was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job replacing my outdoor sump pump. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new efficient sump pump. He left the premises clean.
