Sean was knowledgeable and professional. I am finishing my basement and I needed a professional to run plumbing to our future bathroom appliances. He noticed something a previous plumber missed. My bathroom was below the level of the street drain and the home builders had roughed in space for a pump. Without that, nothing in the bathroom would work! He also showed me how my sprinkler valve had a clear sign on it to replace it every 5 years (it had been 10!) and he taught me how to clean my A/C p-trap. Of course I hired him. The work was done in a day and they left the place cleaner than it started.

John, the technician, came on an emergency call to our home and did a diagnostic on the situation, he was right about the situation. He was polite, professional and did what he could to resolve the issue. He understood that it was a special circumstance and didn’t charge us an emergency fee, which we are grateful for cause he was understanding. I would highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Limbert was great. He found issue causing the leak in my bathroom right away and didn't try to Nickle and dime me. I was provided with inexpensive options to mitigate the issue and instructed me to give him a call back if the problem persist. He was on time and professional. I really appreciate the quality service and attentiveness to detail. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

I have been getting my annual inspection done from Marcus these past 3 years because he is fantastic. He is thorough with his work, he is patient and answers any questions I might have and when he makes suggestions on any further work I might need, I don't feel any pressure to get it done, I feel that he is just letting me know and it is truly work needed and not just to get my money. As long as Marcus works for Sila, I will always get my HVAC work done with them.

Plumber is DC was great. I was nervous about hiring a plumber, but I just had to. (Leaking water main valve) They made the entire process as easy as possible for me. They worked with my schedule and got it done for a fair price and finished it pretty quick!
