Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Washington DC

This plumber was hired by my neighbor above me to make some repairs to their bathroom. During the repair they accidentally hit a pipe and sent a flood of water into my unit that required some expensive repairs. At first DMV was responsive, apologized, and offered to fix the issue. Because of the mistake, we asked for license and insurance but was met with combativeness and refusal to present the requested documentation. Well that created a lot of trust issues and we ended up hiring another contractor who presented documentation immediately upon request. My kind neighbor ended up paying for all of the repairs out of pocket. DMV took his money and left my neighbor hanging. Would not recommend.

They did a good job in cleaning out our basement sink with a snake. He figured out the problem and explained what was going on. The pricing was fair also better than a previous offer I received.

I couldn't get past Chyna when I reached out to a schedule an appointment. I had to call back several times because she gave me a task each time to complete before I could schedule an appointment. Throughout the process, she was rude and dismissive. When I did finally schedule the appointment, I realized if scheduling the appointment was this difficult (and offensive), did I really want to take a chance on the work? I went ahead and cancelled the appointment.

As a private person and a Realtor, I have been very happy with Maurice's (aka Mr. Super Plumber) work. He has rescued me when my AC was out on a hot Friday night when I couldn't find anyone else who would come AND he didn't overcharge me. Maurice is conscientious and honest and is my go-to guy.

Because my sink was clogged, I called a plumber. The man showed up and did a great job. He has a great work attitude, got up early in the morning, and finished the job quickly.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.
