Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

Let me say that I am not a expert writer. But here's what we experienced and how everything went down. We had a problem that really effected the entire house. It seems some flushable towelettes had been flush down the toilet. Over a period of time these towelettes eventually clogged the main drain. Call was placed for assistance, which the dispatcher gave an arrival time of an hour. Our Roto-Rooter tech (Joseph #5423) was very professional not only in what he did but by explaining the process of what needed to be done and why it had to be done in that manner. The toilet in the basement had to be removed. Tech used a heavy duty snake to go through the pipe. The snake was able to retrieve and clear the flushable towels that were causing the clog. The process took about 30 to 45 minutes to do. I would first have to say, if it says FLUSHABLE and does not dissolve like toilet paper, Do Not Flush... We are totally satisfied with the expedited service provided and the expertise of the technician. Thank for a JOB well done.
