I needed him for an after hours job, and he made sure to get it resolved. I would use him anytime I have an emergency service or any plumbing repair.

When I was in need of help the owner personally spoke with me, made sure he had a backup crew come when things got challenging with my repair and then showed up himself. He was fair and well priced. I called Mr. Super Plumber from the internet for plumbing repair they were on time and extreme professional. Maurice of Super Plumber was also very helpful in explaining how i could avoid any future problems my taken some preventive maintenance measures that could possibly prevent emergency service in the future. I have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past the was my best positive experience ever. I highly recommend this company.

In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.
