Affordable plumbing and gas has became my go to plumber. I’m an older fellow and have been very careful during this pandemic. I can tell you these young gentleman took all precautions to being around me and keeping everything clean. Also they treated me with respect in addressing me as “sir” and excusing themselves for not shaking my hand. It’s those little things that set them apart from other businesses I’ve used. Also they truly take care of their community and offer discounts to those who have served which is always appreciated. Affordable rates and respect, great combination.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is the plumber to hire, if you want the job done correctly and for a great price! I called them after I was disappointed by the empty promises that I received from another company. I called and learned that this is a two-man show. I described the problem and felt very comfortable with the on-the-phone diagnosis. My partially clogged basement drain was snaked and opened. The cost was discussed over the phone and there were NO HIDDEN COST. Now, the icing on the cake, the plumber was neat, polite and extremely personable. Hire, them, you will be glad you did!

We had an issue with our Navien tankless water that our original contractor could not figure out for months. Navien recommended Charles and Sons. Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. The difference between basic service and exceptional service is the willingness of the service provider to support your unique situation. In my case I was preparing my condo for sale and needed a plumbing inspection I could not be present to review. The 4 Fast representative came to my place, conducted the inspection, filled out the paperwork, and texted me an image of the final form. Their willingness to work with me and around the scheduled sale of my home made a huge difference! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My advice to you before you work with this company is to ask for a free estimate. This way you can get a quote on how much it will cost and their recommendation so that you can compare it with other companies. If they don't provide a free estimate, other companies will. Take your hard earn money else where.

I made a mistake of having them come without asking for a free estimate. They failed to let me know that the visit will cost money, they failed to tell me that there will be a service charge, and they failed to tell me what their rate is. I ended up having to pay for their visit despite: (1) never telling me what their rates and service charges are or that there will be one and (2) giving me the wrong diagnosis and wrong recommendation.

I was having water leaks because of condensation. WL Gary recommended I replace the whole HVAC unit and hungrily wanted to charge me $4,000+ and that this was the only way. I had another company come give me a free estimate and this other company said I just needed to replace the insulation around my pipes for $300+ and adjust my water pan. I decided to go with the other company and have the insulation replaced. After replacing my insulation and adjusting my water pan, it fixed my leak 100%.

After their poor customer service which was a huge red flag for me and lack of interest in giving back money they charged me for doing nothing other than give me a wrong recommendation, I am really glad I did not trust WL Gary.

Beware of this company and make sure you get a free estimate from different companies.
