Best A/C System Maintenance in Virginia Beach VA

So today was pretty much like the worst day EVER!Until I called Atomic plumbing.I live in an older home with older plumbing and we have one bathroom.Our tub was draining slowly for a while but then just completely stopped 2 days ago.We tried everything to unclog it but it wasnt budging. So yesterday I decided to call a small plumbing company that shall remain nameless.Guy shows up this morning and tells me he may need a ladder for this job,which he does not have and he leaves my house.I'm waiting 3 hours for him and he never shows up or calls me back.My husband told me to just call elsewhere so I called Atomic to see if I could get something today.Jennie was who I first encountered ,who was great to me on the phone.I had a feeling about the first people I called and the feeling proved to be right!I am and was disgusted with the first company I called ,i will never use them or refer anyone to them.We've had a clog like this in the past and someone broke a pipe under our tub in the past causing a lot of damage to our house trying to unclog it,another time it was unclogged from on top of my house.I was feeling really pretty down about if it was going to be fixed or when,until I got the call that a tech was headed to my house in the time frame I was available! Needless to say I was very happy! When you dont have a working tub for 2 days and having to shower elsewhere you start to get frazzled!Justin and Zack were just what I needed!They totally understood my fear about having pipes broken .They unclogged my tub and had it draining like a champ.Totally professional ,unlike the first people I called.These guys knew what they were doing .Such a relief to turn on my shower and hear the gurgling of the drain and not have water coming out from under the tub ruining my home (yes that past incident was kinda traumatic ).I'm sold ATOMIC !YOU MADE MY DAY !I was so frustrated this morning I cried out of frustration. You guys turned my frown upside down! I will call again ☺!

This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I am pregnant and they really wanted to make sure my AC was working correctly and before they left. I will never, not call this company when I need some help! Thank you Mr. Dodd and family!!

Deon Stots #3413 was awesome! Unfortunately the clog uncogged itself shortly before he got here, but gave me a couple tips to help avoid clogging in the future. Definitely investing in a hair catch lol! Absolutely wonderful customer service, and such professionalism!

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
