Best Water Lines in Virginia Beach VA

I had a burst water line and called Atomic based on a recommendation. First, the customer service over the phone from Deanna was great. The work performed by Atomic was outstanding. Randy C. was courteous and professional and did a great job of not only fixing the problem, but he also explained what happened. I would definitely call Atomic again for any plumbing needs and ask for Randy C.

There not all that great. Been called out twice in a years time. Blamed us for doing something we didn't do and neither time confirmed if they actually fixed the issue (water leaks). Came and changed all the flappers on the toilets and that's it. Never looked at the meter to see if it's showing water movement afterwards. Totally disregarded what we were saying to him. I say again Not All That Great. 👎👎👎

Super nice guys! They were able to fit me in on the same day I called, despite a busy day for them. Now my toilet doesn't gurgle and my washing machine drain doesn't overflow! Also very reasonably price compared to competitors.

I am all about being honest and owning up to my mistakes. However, upon writing a check. There were some issues. I corrected this error by paying the balance plus any other charges. I really felt horrible. Upon paying via web. He never stopped my check resulting in $330.00 surcharges. He was called several times to stop payment. I ended up calling my bank and stopping. He is now avoiding my calls and refuses to correct his error. Very unprofessional and bad for business. Guess I learned a valuable lesson.

First time using All Day Plumbing , Maurice and Jacob were very pleasant and to the point with my situation.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

He cleared a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional, and fast. A little pricey, yet that was the cost for experience/knowledge.

Ryan was extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable on what I needed done. He swapped my water heater quickly and taught me a few things about my water system along the way. This was my first time needing plumbing work as a first time home buyer and I will surely be using A-1 again. Thank you A-1 and thank you again Ryan for turning this stressful disaster into an easy day!

They are very knowledgeable about issues with a thorough explanation on the appropriate repair. They’re professional, punctual and their rates are attractive to me compared to other companies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The cast iron pipe in our kitchen broke and the slab needed to be jack-hammered to replace it. It was an extremely stressful time and Jim went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. He documents everything, takes a ton of pictures and will help you through the insurance process which helped alleviate a lot of our stress. Jim and his crew work tirelessly to get the job done. You will not find a better plumber or person!

We had a backup in our downstairs toilet that also caused a backup in our tub. The first company I thought of was Roto-Rooter.Corey came out and took care of the initial problem but found another. Apparently a cable company may have cut into my sewage pipe a couple of feet down. Long story short, Alonzo Aungon came out first thing, explained in detail the process, was polite and professional. And the best part, Corey quoted a price that didn't make me feel like I got ripped off. Crisis averted. I would definitely use them again.

Terrible experience called to report a problem of the work that was done and the manager never let me talk and hanged up on me so unprofessional. Would never recommend them. Now my new kitchen has mold from the work that was done.
