Best Water Heater Maintenance in Virginia Beach VA

Called Atomic plumbing Saturday morning , receptionist was pleasant and explained how their service worked and scheduled an appt for same day. Within an hour Justin & Mike from Atomic plumbing came evaluated plumbing leak and garbage disposal. They fixed all plumbing and replaced garbage disposal. Everything looked professionally done and neat. Great job, would use Atomic again.

Bill was very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of his line of work, very affordable and very experienced.

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

My a/c system needed to be replaced. I called an air conditioner company (I won’t name) & knew I was not going to use them based on the unprofessional tech & trainee that came out. The invoice they had sent the next day via email was 4 lines long asking for a ridiculous amount of money. I was worried because the weather is getting warmer. I was referred to Guy Smith by my daughter’s handyman.I called Guy Smith & they sent Phil out to me the same day within 2 hrs. Phil was professional & thorough. He made sure I had a clear understanding of the entire process & he followed up immediately in writing (with photos) via email of everything discussed. The installation techs came the next day & installed my new system. Joshua & Jarrod did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, & cleaned up behind themselves too. I am pleased that I chose this company & would definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thanks for taking care of our home.

Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

I manage community associations and I struggled to get good responses from plumbers for emergencies and after hours call.

One Saturday I called a college of mine and she recommended them, I have honestly never used another company since.

They were responsive, timely, called with follow-up and repaired the issue within 48 hours after the initial call at 12am on a Saturday.

They are an amazing company with employees that go out of their way to help not me, but the clients I have.

Somewhere behind my kitchen sink in the wall there was a leak. You know that quotes can vary wildly and times for a plumber to even fix the problem are far out. Doug came to give us a quote and he was like a breath of fresh air. He had a solid plan and a reasonable quote. I called the office to schedule expecting to have to wait at least a week but Linda found a slot for us two days away. Doug arrived on time and found pinholing in the pipes that I'm sure would have taken anyone else hours if they found it at all. He didn't have to tear up any walls and was able to fix it all through a tidy hole under my sink. I am very pleased with their services and I would definitely recommend them.

This will be the second time Bertolino Plumbing has helped me out in a jam! I have been out of town for a new job most of the week, and when I returned I discovered a couple issues. I was freaking out not knowing what to do, but knew who to call. Rob Bertolino came out for same day service and educated quite a bit about my system and about several other questions I had. He was very thorough, professional and very patient with me. I was a mess and I know I chatted his ear off telling him our house's life story lol

But he was great and I am very appreciative of his service! Quick, reliable, and educational!!

We even discussed having his company do the plumbing for our demolished master bathroom in the next few months.

I had a pipe leaking in my kitchen wall and I scheduled service as soon as it happened. We were given a appointment slot a few hours later in the day. No big deal. Unfortunately, they did not show nor call. When we did call we were continually being told the tech is running behind. If I had known you wouldn't be able to service me today I would have gone with someone else in the area. When I did finally get contacted at 3 AM I was told that we had been rescheduled for 8-12 the following day. My family was without water all day. This is rediculous. You should call and keep someone updated better and set realistic expectations of service.Our service technician was amazing when he arrived.

Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately. He does excellent work and takes his time to make sure it is done right. He is very knowledge and able to answer our questions with confidence. Will be using for all plumbing needs!
