Sean arrived promptly and evaluated the repair. He also offered suggestions as to how to improve the outside shower. Work was done in about a hour. He was very professional and courteous. While Sean was quite good, I felt the price was a bit high for an hour of work. Hence the four stars. Not a reflection on Sean and his work.

I contacted Cecilia’s this morning on Yelp after a portable heater I had plugged in started my living room outlet on fire. They contacted me back immediately and let me know they were available today. Anthony showed up about an hour later, assessed the problem, repaired it, conducted a safety check and gave me recommendations on further improvements I could make in the future. He was polite and professional, and charged me less than the original estimate for the repair. It was a great experience after a stressful morning. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be calling them again for any future repair needs I have.

Mike G was the best service tech. He knew his job well and he was courteous young man. I will definitely put out their information to anybody. These guys are good at what the do. He made the mess and he clean up the mess he made. And he made it look like nothing was done. Job well done.

Raymond replaced my water heater today, he also noticed the sub wiring harness that was previously on the old water heater was incorrect and replaced all 3 wires. Raymond has done an excellent job and will continue to have him as our plumber through out the years.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

Our plumber Jason came within the said time and was very professional. He answered the covid questions before he entered dwelling. He was informative about what our problem was and explained the best way to fix it. Great service!

I have been using A-1 for many years. The first time I had to use them was to replace my Hot Water tank 13 years ago. Since then had to call a few times for various pipe leaks on the tank. Bert has come out these last couple of times and is always very professional, friendly, and efficient. Will continue to use them as I have been.

We had John and Noah switch out our electrical panel and install a whole home generator. Very professional, timely and efficient. Their attention to detail was on point.

I was incredibly impressed with Tony & Son Plumbing. Clearly a master plumber who takes pride in his work, Tony responded to my call immediately and was able to understand, diagnose, and even ensure that he had the correct part before arriving at my home. He also was able to tell me exactly what I could expect to pay based on my plumbing issue. he then confirmed the priced immediately once re-diagnosing and confirming the problem. Tony was a great communicator and I loved not having to deal with a middle-man as he is the boss. He did an excellent and efficient job for a fair price and even took the time to anwser a question about another plumbing need I had, that was not my original concern. I would consider no else in the future except Tony & Son Plumbing, Inc. Clearly another reason to support family owned and operated business as this one is full of integrity and honesty. I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.
