the work was fine but it was just way too overpriced for what they did. We chose atomic because it came so highly recommended and we have never had to use a plumber since moving here. While the work was done well it was just too high of a price and we wish someone warned us they are one of the highest priced in the area. While the workers were understanding I was caught off guard by the price they mentioned a warranty as being a selling point. What they didn’t mention is that it’s a one year warranty on a pipe that realistically should outlive me. So that was pretty disappointing. We aren’t necessarily upset with the work but $600+ (after a military discount) for less than 12” of pipe when we identified the exact location of the leak, the exact place on the pipe that was cracked, removed the carpet, removed the drywall, and baseboards for them, then they did barely over an hour of work it was just way overpriced. (Literally $600 for an hour of work and parts- I wish that was my salary!)For that cost on something that ended up being quite a simple fix for an expert I would have went with someone else. That one year warranty just isn’t worth the high price tag.

Great customer service , responded to my voicemail within an hour and scheduled an appointment the next day on a Sunday , showed up on time and got the job done perfectly.

So to start with I'm gunna say Z-line were not only professional and punctual, they ensure the job is done right. I had my dryer vent ducting replaced due to it originally collecting water and dripping on to the cieling of my master bedroom. Z-line came out replaced my ducting and repainted my waterstained cieling. I did have a issue with the original duct replacement but I called back to z-line to see if they would fix it. The owner of the company personally came out to assess the problem and rectified it himself fully honoring the warranty they provide for services rendered. 10/10 calling them back for future repairs and projects. Special shoutout to the receptionist Theresa for making sure we were taken care of promptly!

Sean came out in a timely manner and fixed our toilet. He was professional and will use him in future.

Excellent fast service for a water heater replacement. I was happy to patronize this vet owned business. Owner is very experienced, responsive and knowledgeable.

Reinaldo technician was efficient, professional and pleasant. Staff was polite and professional. However the service was promised between noon and 2pm; he arrived at almost 4pm. It wasted the whole day for me.

Mr Patrick was a wonderful and experienced person. He was able to identify the problem (seepage) and explained to us clearly. He fixed it in less than an hour. My wife had lot of doubt which he cleared it and made sure she is mentally satisfied with his work before leaving. Thank you very much Mr . Patrick.

I rarely write reviews and never this in depth - so please read!We were in desperate need of getting our heater fixed - of course it went out the last cold weekend we had for the season! Our system is only 3 years old and still under manufacturer warranty. The technician showed up in a timely manner and was nice; told us that the problem was the ignitor. Charged us $400+ and signed us up for a recurring monthly membership. He replaced the ignitor with an after-market part, which turns out didn't fix the heater. Then he says the gas valve needs to be replaced, but it's under warranty and he doesn't have the part - so we're still without a working heater, and BTW we still have to pay for everything he did even though it was misdiagnosed. He also told us a lot of other things we were wrong with our system and we needed close to another $1000 of work done.We never received an itemized invoice of what was done and what we were changed for. We got a second opinion which told us nothing was wrong with the ignitor (nor the rest of the system), the gas valve did need to be replaced and is readily available to do so under warranty. We called American Mechanical back for an ITEMIZED invoice, to cancel the membership and to work out what needs to be done about the service done at our place - putting back the original part as to not void the warranty.They were not sympathetic, they brushed us off claiming doctors have different diagnoses too, etc. and will have a manager be in touch with us. It's over a week later and we do not have a reply. We have tried calling back almost daily without reply.To put a cherry on top, they charged our card ANOTHER monthly membership fee within the same week. I'm now approaching this via our credit card company because we can't get a response. Terrible to think you can't get decent customer service from a local business. Also, as a doctor myself, having different diagnoses doesn't work like that. If you completely misdiagnose something and treat it incorrectly, you are liable for malpractice.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

I chose this businessman based on other reviews. I left a message and got a quick call back. Within an hour or so Rob was at my home. Rob communicated with me by phone about the problem and proceeded to fix an outdoor leaking pipe. I could not be happier with the quick response and informative communication. Bertolino will be my go to from plumbing from now on.

I have nothing but total praise for Mr Newman and his crew. I had a huge sewer break and they came over and gave me an HONEST estimate. It was repaired in a jiffy. I like it when you are given an honest quote from the start. The entire crew was very hard working people along with being very friendly and professional. From start to finish the job went very well.
