I want to thank Technician Sean D. and his associate Paul C. for during an outstanding job replacing some of my plumbing. They arrived on job site at the time promised and quickly determined my problem. They were both very friendly and professional. Sean was very knowledgeable as to what had to be done and made a good job an excellent job with a few tweaks. Atomic Plumbing is lucky to have employees of this caliber.

I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. We came home to a water pillow on our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday, and Randon from All Day plumbing was there within an hour! He found our leak and fixed it promptly so we didn't have to go without water or face more damage by waiting. Very impressed with how smoothly the repair went so we could carry on with our weekend. Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Terrance Collins with Roto-Rooter came out to uninstall/reinstall a kitchen faucet for us and despite a few extra curricular hurdles did a fantastic job! Added bonus, he did great with my cat constantly bothering him!

Water leak with water line from the county road. They were helpful, professional and charged a good price to help us get our water back on. Customer for life!

American Mechanical removed an old wall unit and installed a mini split system in our sunroom. The techs were Keiahd and Colin. Keiahd explained everything they were going to do, we decided where to hang it, place lines, etc. I have to say the work they did was amazing. They were at it non stop all day and it worked/looked perfect when completed. Honestly, the area was cleaner when they left then when they started. They were super nice, professional and definitely new what they were doing. I highly recommend AMech for any similar work, in general, and that team in particular. BZ to American Mechanical for having a great team, from sales to schedule to install!

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. I will have blessings Plumbing on speed dial !!!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

Used Newman’s in the past 3 times to replace small vanity & toilet in guest bathroom and to replace both toilets in other bathrooms. Last time we used them was to replace flooring and 72” vanity in master bathroom. Newman’s does the job right no matter how long it takes at the price quoted. If you are homeowner and are faced with a plumbing job even slightly above your do-it-yourself skill level, do yourself a favor and just call Newman’s.
