Great service, very professional.

Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

Bryan got the job done very quickly and gave me some tips and info to help keep my drain unclogged in the future. Friendly guy and did good work. Will use them for any plumbing needs!

We found out that our insurance would not cover the problem and after 4 plumbers came, gave an estimate, and suggested or next step, then NEVER responded... We contacted A-1.Jeremy came out, did his thing, found the leak, bypassed the main same backflowed the house and made it possible to clean our house, take showers, and use our own toilets.We have a long road ahead to a full repair, but are eager to work with A-1 moving forward.Oh, and by the way, our leak detection cost half the price of American Leak Detection. Nothing bad to say about them, but they were $15 shy of double what we paid.10 out of 10 I would recommend

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

Jim is an awesome guy. A pipe under my house burst and I needed it fixed A.S.A.P. I called several different companies and Bertolino and Son was the only plumbing company that answered the phone after hours ! He came over and fixed the leak. Jim is not only prompt and efficient he is very personable. After finishing the job and explaining what the problem was, he stayed and chatted with us. After a few laughs and my sincere Thank yous I felt like I've known him all my life. I definitely would call Jim if I ever needed his services again

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

Jacob did a fantastic job fixing my toilet. I highly recommend that you ask for Jacob when you call the company. The first guy who came installed a new flushing mechanism. However, the plunger part was not working right and my toilet kept making a water sound. They sent a second guy out who said, That sound is normal and I believed him. Two days later, I called the company again and told them it's not normal to hear the toilet making a water sound long after it's been flushed. Jacob solved the problem! He had to go buy the part from Lowes and then installed a rubber type plunger that works correctly. Sound is gone. Thank you Jacob!

FINALLY, a plumbing company you can trust, and feel comfortable about calling back when you need them. Quick response when you call, excellent and friendly communication by everyone I've met or talked with in the group, quality work and fair prices. What's not to love about these folks --- I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

Lost water pressure. Called Lindsey Brothers. They arrived within one hour, quickly found the problem and 2 hours later, pressure restored! They rock! Price for the job was very reasonable! I know plumbers as I from time to time work with new construction. These guys are the best!

I needed a valve replaced on the line from my water heater. I called A-1 as soon as they opened and they assured me they would schedule me that day. I received a call back within minutes and was given the time frame that they would be there. Due to circumstance beyond their control the tech informed me that he was going to be a little later than what I was told but promised he would be at my house that day. As it turned out he was Chaz set to work and completed the task in short time. This company exemplifies the true meaning of professionalism from the person answering the phone all the way up to the ownership. We experienced a little issue and the ownership and management resolved the issue to the satisfaction of all concerned. I would recommend this company to anyone any time. The real standouts in this operation were the techs (Jeremy and Chaz), management (Skip Savell) and the ownership. I am grateful for the attention the afforded me and I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They are professional contractors that believe the customer comes first.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Company does not answer the phone. Schedule appointments and do not show up!! They rescheduled 4 times through the home warranty company and they never showed up. Horrible at answering phones and when they do an emergency happened or they are driving and will call back in 15 minutes and never do! What did I do in response, I called back until the phone was picked up and then they had the nerve to be mad when I have been waiting to get my issue fixed for over 2 weeks with no updates and no response!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
