Alan was a rockstar. My old (18 year) water heater presented him with some challenges, but he overcame and got the job done perfectly!

We had Z Line replace 2 storm doors, fix a sidewalk, replace 2 stair banister spindles and replace all locks and hardware on an exterior door. They showed up on time and did a great job, finishing all work in 1 day! Communication was also excellent, including days before the work as well as the morning of. We are very pleased with the work and value we got from Z Line Handyman Services.

Blake was awesome. His knowledge is phenomenally displayed while educating me during the estimate conversation. I'm very please with this presentation.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

The service that was provided was prompt and the technician was very polite. The only issue with the visit was the technician selling their so called “product”. Giving a little history of my experience with Roto-Rooter concerning this visit was the issue I had with my kitchen sink backing up. This past April I called Roto-Rooter to take care of the issue. It was amazing in such a short time span since their initial visit I had to have them come again and take care of the backed up kitchen sink again. The previous technician sold me the “product “ that I used regularly in the sink plus I took care that things such as grease didn’t get put into the sink. I didn’t expect to have this same issue that I spent a lot of money on last April to have to spend almost $300.00 on again. Hopefully the issue has been taken care of this time. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

I had read all of the reviews and was really impressed. I called and he and his family was on vacation. I was surprised when he called right back and explained they were on vacation. I decided to go ahead and schedule my appt for when he returned. He called me 2 times before my scheduled date just to let me know that he was still on point. He and his son showed up on time and went straight to work. They found the issue and completed the repair straight away. Very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Will keep him on speed dail. 2 thumbs up!!!!! Oh my the way I'm in the construction/ insurance Industry and have dealt with ALOT of plumbers and this will always be my choice.

I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.

Stay away from this company!!! They are a big rip-off. They charged us $340 for replacing fill kit in our toilet. We should have read the reviews first before calling them. We learned from our costly mistake but this is the last time we are using them. BEWARE!!!
