After first calling another well-known sewer repair company, who was unable to clear my sewer line nor locate the blockage point, I called Atomic. David and crew showed up the same day and got to work. They had the equipment needed to find not only the blockage in my 150’ sewer line, but also two clean outs that had been covered up. The blockage, initially believed to be tree roots but ultimately determined to be a communication line, could not be cleared - so David and crew replaced the last 30’ of my line over the next few days. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working from start to finish, even washing the dirt from the street and gutter.I’m a hard core DIYer and typically don’t leave reviews, but I was so impressed with David and team from Atomic that I wanted to leave this one. The fact that they didn’t ask me to leave one was also refreshing. Get it done right the first time and call Atomic.

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

A1 did a fantastic job repairing my hot water heater. I did previously write a poor review based on lack of communication. A1 contacted me and apologized for the communication disconnect. They kept me informed on the status of the parts to repair the hot water, and then came out and quickly repaired the water heater. I certainly appreciated their professionalism and technical expertise and definitely will use them in the future. I highly recommend A1.

I tried to install a light fixture myself and the original electric box got stripped. I was unable to replace the box myself so I called in the professionals. American Mechanical easily set me up an appointment. Rodney W. was the technician and he was awesome. He quickly identified the problem and provided a great estimate on the job. He promptly went to work and replaced what needed to be fixed and offered recommendations on a dimmable switch. He provided instructions to simply install or dimmer or even call American Mechanical to install and provided a quote. Rodney even checked the surrounding switches and repaired one that was not properly installed. He went out of his way to make sure our switches were safe and I ABSOLUTELY appreciated that. Kudos to Rodney W. and American Mechanical. Great job done!
