Very quick, very affordable, very friendly. Cecilia's sent a friendly person out to my house within about 1.5 hrs of my call. Was able to very quickly reinstall two toilets that were loose.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

We haven't been able to do laundry in days and after my husband trying to clear the pipes we didn't know what to do next. After leaving two messages for another company, we decided to look at google reviews and saw the local Roto-Rooter had almost 5 star review with a lot of reviewers so we called them. They came the SAME day, thank goodness and Shawn Prunty came that early afternoon. He answered all of our questions (including all my husbands many, many questions) with patience and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up doing the package where they clear the pipes, camera and warranty. Shawn did a great job and was very personable! I was able to do laundry again thank goodness among knowing myA pipes were clear finally. Thanks a bunch and you will definitely be our next call if we ever encounter an issue!

Jim was super professional and gave me a very detailed explanation on what needs to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. He was way ahead of schedule and gave me plenty of calls ahead of time before his arrival. He did a great job repairing my sink and bathtub. Gladly use his services again one day.

Great experience. Our technician was Alex and he was awesome. Arrived within the timeline and worked diligently on our old pipes and our clogged drain. Polite and very knowledgable. Gave us some great tips on how to keep our plumbing flowing smoothly.He was also nice and friendly with our dogs...Would highly recommend Roto Rooter and big kudos to Alex.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!
