Best Plumbing Lines in Virginia Beach VA

Had an appointment this morning for installing a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and rerouting the pipes for my new sink in the kitchen. The technician did arrive on time and upon arrival seemed like a professional. But that quickly changed when I showed him the work and he was very quick to say not sure what I can do here, I don’t think I can help you and if I do figure it out you might not like the price. After looking and assessing underneath the sink for about 30 minutes he is still not confident on what to do. So he then leaves to give me an estimate and comes back with a quote for over $1,000 for 3 simple things. I said no thank you because he did not know what he was talking about. But of course I had to pay the $69 service call fee. I then called around many companies due to not having a functioning kitchen still and then I was able to find another company who came out on short notice. When this plumber arrived his first answer to me was this is a basic kitchen install and after 30 minutes my kitchen was up and running for a third of the price Atomic was charging. Atomic needs to find reliable plumbers before they get dispatched out to residences.

Update: had another issue come up with toilets not draining. I called Sean who came out on the weekend, diagnosed the issue, took the necessary steps to get me flowing again within 2 hrs. All I had to do was sit there, TOO easy!

My technician David was timely, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with our antique boiler and was able to remedy it the next day. I could not have been happier with the service I received!

Rich was very professional and courteous during the service and installation of my water heater. He took the time to review with me the work he completed by SHOWING me what he did. Most people talk to you by reviewing a piece of paper. I would recommend his service to anyone. He did the job quickly and I greatly appreciated it.
