Jim M and Eric Jr from Atomic Plumbing came to my house on Thursday, May 5, 2016 to unclog my toilet. While thy were here I had them install new faucets in both bathrooms.The did it in a timely manner, were polite, knowledgeable and left every thing very neat and clean. The charge was reasonable. I will definitely recommend Atomic Plumbing to my friends and family.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Best handyman company I have ever worked with! Had a bunch of small projects that needed done, and they took care of them all! Maybe not the cheapest but definitely worth it!

Sean was able to come out and fix my toilet the same day. He really came through for me in a pinch because we only have the one toilet in the house. He is quick and thorough. He was able to explain everything that was happening in detail and give recommendations for the future. Definitely recommend to anyone. And will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My heat went out this weekend. I, being the techie that I am, spent the weekend trying to troubleshoot it myself. I even replaced my thermostat thinking that was it (maybe I wanted that new wifi thermostat anyway). Regardless, that wasn't the fix so I called Guy Smith and they sent someone right away. Kevin showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me my prices up front so I knew what to expect as he performed his troubleshooting. He didn't even mind as I followed him around and asked a million questions and he answered ALL OF THEM. Within an hour my heat is back on and the family and all the pets don't have to huddle around a space heater anymore. THANKS KEVIN!

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

I’m a huge fan of the quality of work and the professionalism of this company. They’re friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my neighbor.

I discovered a freezer in my home wasn’t installed correctly and was concerned about possible electrical issues (or worse, even afire). I called American and was put on the schedule sooner than I had expected. Rodney was the service tech who came out, and was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of correcting the problem and left the work area very neat and clean. Jennifer worked very hard to get someone here as soon as possible, while being very helpful and patient. Thank you both for talking care of my problem, and I will be calling on you for additional things I’d like done in my home (I gave Rodney quite a list!). It’s very difficult to find good service technicians today, much less get them to show up for the appointment. Thank you Jennifer and Rodney. Because of you both, I’m going to be an “American Woman.”

Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.

Tony went above the call of duty to fix a problem we hadn't mentioned in the original estimate and gave us a fair price for a wonderful job.

My experience with this company was great, the customer service that scheduled the appt was courteous. Ty the plumber was efficient and professional. After 3 plumbers he came in found the problem and repaired it.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.

My water main gate valve unexpectedly decided to not work. I called A-1 early Sunday evening telling them I need a new ball valve installed on my 3/4” copper line so I could have water to the house. The A-1 rep took my name, address, etc. and said they would call 30 mins before arrival. I waited and waited, then called them at 4am...no answer. Tried again at 6am...no answer. Called again sometime after 7am and the guy that answered was very nice and said my job was being assigned to one of their techs (so much for 24hr emergency response!). A tech finally arrived at 930 am. Scoped the job, leafed through a binder and informed me that they charge just over $800 (first time customer) to replace a 3/4” copper water main valve!!!!!!!!!! Mind you, my valve is located in the corner of my garage - PLENTY of room to do the job. The tech didn’t have to do anything but cut out some pipe, sweat a few pieces together, and then bask in the glory of accomplishment. It couldn’t have been a cleaner scenario (ie. No walls to destroy or crawl spaces to access, etc.). The tech was very nice and as far as I can figure isn’t a full time A-1 tech (as best as I could tell). Needing water to my house, I relented and ended up calling A-1 to confirm the quoted price was “for real”. Sadly, it was. The A-1 rep was also nice, but didn’t help with the price, seemingly leaving price dickering up to the on-scene tech, who admittedly did take $25 off the bill. Bottom line: My house now has water, but it truly cost a mortgage payment!! A MORTGAGE payment!! This kind of fleecing is what gives the trades such a bad name. Unfortunately, if you want to obtain multiple estimates before making a decision, you’ll have to pay for each of them. So they use this as leverage to get the job. Whomever you go with will credit back the cost of their estimate. Good luck.
