I had a leak in my crawlspace due to issues with my waterline. Me. Duke was personable, professional, confident, and solution oriented as he assessed my issue and put together a quote for the repair. Ultimately the repair was well outside of my budget and I just paid for the diagnostic, but that didn't stop him from educating me on my water meter and providing suggestions for me to consider as I ponder my options for repair. I would highly recommend this licensed technician with four years of schooling and plenty of experience.

Best contractors in Hampton Roads. I delayed my bathroom remodel for a number of years because I was leery of contractors. I came across Cecilia's Home Repairs from a neighborhood app. God answered my prayers, I really did pray. The team was professional, put my nerves to rest and performed a fabulous job. I went from a 1980's builder grade bathroom to an updated original. I can't stop looking at it. Every trim, tile and fixtures were installed with exact precision and now my bathroom is pure perfection. I would give them 10 stars. Please call them for any home repair job, you will not be disappointed.

Needed several wooden window sills and trim replaced (wood rot). Zach from Z-Line was outstanding. If you are concerned about finding the right company, look no further. I used Guy Smith to install a new HVAC system in a rental property in 2016. When my tenant notified me that the system was not cooling properly this summer, I contacted Guy Smith for service. It took a number of visits to properly diagnose and complete the repair but each time I called the office, I spoke to Gayle and she was friendly, understanding, patient and committed to getting my issue resolved. She never made me feel like I was bothersome in my repeat calls which was most appreciated! Technicians were sent out promptly each time and Guy Smith went above and beyond to complete my service repair needs at no additional cost due to the repair being found to be covered under warranty. I would highly recommend Guy Smith for exceptional customer service and quality!

I got ripped off hands down!!!! If this was an honest company you would refund half of the labor. I needed a small section of pipe and a valve. It was supposed to be all copper the tech. Used half plastic. I have pictures and the receipt. Further more I checked to see if this was the company I used on my last repair. They said no I am a new customer. I didn't want that hack working on my house. The same guy showed after looking for the paper work it was the same company and I paid cash last time. The last job looked like a child did it so many fittings used, why?

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I called because I needed a service done but did not want to wait for several days before it could be completed. Call around and got a couple of quotes. By far they had the best rate. When the technician arrived he was very courteous and professional. Had the job completed in a timely manner and cleaned up behind himself. Would recommend to anyone.
