Grandmother had a leaky tub faucet and they were the only ones to call back they even got out to us same day. Kevin was responsive, fast and respective overall a fantastic experience.

Chris did a great job. Replaced 3 leaky shower heads, tightened down a toilet and helped replace a back plate on a ring doorbell. He was in and out quickly and did a quality job. Love using Z-Line Handman services as they help us keep our house in tip-top working condition as well as making changes to make it better. Would highly recommend using their services.

Sean and his team did an amazing job installing a new gas line for our stove and a hub for when I convert my dryer to gas. His price was more than reasonable. He was on time and kept in contact along the way. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Sean and will call on him again.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Christopher called ahead and arrived early. His customer service was excellent and he was very pleasant to work with. He was careful to be clean during the job and after it was completed. This was in spite of having to move from inside to outside the house on a rainy Saturday morning. He was very good about explaining what he found and what he was doing while he worked.I hope I won't need plumbing services again but if I do I will ask for Chris!!

Called to fix a burst pipe. Tech arrived within less than an hour to fix the pipe and had water restoration team arriving right as he was finishing up. Their responsiveness definitely helped mitigate further water damage from occurring. Will always use these guys for emergencies.

Kelvin is officially a miracle worker. We had other plumbers come to the home to have a gas line placed. Literally the first plumber walked in and walked out and said it could not be done. Kelvin showed up after hearing our story and was determined to find a way. He efficiently checked for alternative options to assure the fireplace could become a possibility. To make matters worst we had a dead possum under the house he needed to bypass just to install our line. And he did it all while not complaining. We now have a cozy fireplace he helped us to set up in place. Kelvin gets it done. Officially our families only plumber. Thanks so much Kelvin. We are so happy to finally have our dream fireplace and all because this plumber does not stop until he gets it done perfectly 👏🏼.
