This is my first time using Atomic Plumbing and boy am I happy! They were able to come out right away for my leak behind the refrigerator. Not sure where all the great reviews came from. After explaining two jobs and complicated circumstances, they put a hole in the bathroom wall before notifying tenant or owner, without an estimate. Getting the other job started was delayed, then they didn't return calls for over a week, so no showed on the appointment the following week when the owner was unavailable. At the quoted $250 an hour, one would think the process would be much more professional.

Wow. I called chaz and within a couple hours he was here and fixed a seriously seriously clogged sink. Actually more than one sink. It was further down in the line and he was funny and respectful and cleaned up after. Thanks!!!

I had a line backed up in my home which I believed to be worse than it was. I called Jim and he listened to my story and explained multiple possibilities. From the moment he arrived in my driveway, Jim provided service beyond expectations. He walked my entire house in order to isolate root cause and ensure he was not leaving my house with any line untouched. He appeared training a new employee to his business and explaining to him his company's core values and expectations of his services. After all was cleaned up he tested every line over again to ensure I was working properly. I will definitely be a repeat customer for Jim Bertolino and Son plumbing.

What originally thought was going to be a difficult and very expensive procedure turned out to be re-doing the original job for absolutely free. It made my and my wallet's day!
