I had a leak in my crawlspace due to issues with my waterline. Me. Duke was personable, professional, confident, and solution oriented as he assessed my issue and put together a quote for the repair. Ultimately the repair was well outside of my budget and I just paid for the diagnostic, but that didn't stop him from educating me on my water meter and providing suggestions for me to consider as I ponder my options for repair. I would highly recommend this licensed technician with four years of schooling and plenty of experience.

Booked an appointment with them for a bathroom remodel. They gave me a window 9-11, well the day arrived and they never showed, never called and haven’t heard from them since. Fine by me, there are too many companies for me to work to hire one.

These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house. Very down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use them again if we need to. They really were wonderful. Professional and willing to help resolve the issues.

We were able to stop the water leak overnight so our dispatched technician, Mike Smith, arrived on time to our appointment the next morning. He assessed the situation and reviewed with me what had to be done. Because the job was in a difficult area, a second technician was dispatched (cannot recall his name) and both were professional and courteous. Job was completed quickly. Wanted to recognize Duane Hillegas, Electrical Solutions Specialist from American Mechanical for his outstanding customer service. Had Duane Perform a whole home electrical inspection. Duane tested electrical system throughout my home. So professional and explained all tests that he was performing during the inspection and answered any questions that I had. Will ask for Duane when additional electrical needs are required. Thank you Duane and American Mechanical.

Bertolino and Son is great! Extremely fast service. I thought it would take a week to get someone out to the house. Jim answered the call midday Friday, he and his son were at the house within a few hours. Problem was fixed and everything is now running smoothly. Highly recommend!
