Best Commercial Plumbing Problem in Virginia Beach VA

2nd time using this company for repairs. 1st was a plumbing issue, and then a siding issue. I already have future projects that I’ll need them to do for!

We recently purchased a generac generator. A week ago the weekly diagnostic test terminated. I called American Mechanical with the fault code I received. Avi responded today and diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was professional and responsive. He was a specialist. I am glad he took great care of us.

I chose this businessman based on other reviews. I left a message and got a quick call back. Within an hour or so Rob was at my home. Rob communicated with me by phone about the problem and proceeded to fix an outdoor leaking pipe. I could not be happier with the quick response and informative communication. Bertolino will be my go to from plumbing from now on.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Jim Bertolino's 40 year's of plumbing expertise was necessary for the work I had done. I was fortunate enough to find Jim after shopping around with his competitors who were quoting me ridiculous prices for installing a water line for the freezer. I have to add that Jim's patience and understanding of his craft made it easier for him to explain what work was being performed. If you are in search of a reliable and honest plumber in the 757 area look no further.

I'm completely upset at this plumber! I can't believe that this company is rated 5 stars. We hired him a few days ago to fix our problem. Problem number one: We had a leak in our main water line. There was no digging required because we had already done so but we still got charged for digging, parts and labor. Problem number two: they left the entire work area dirty, they didn't pick up after themselves. I had to go and clean up a blanket and all the material they cut and did not use. At least clean up after yourselves!!! Third and biggest problem: due to this plumber's carelessness, now our entire house's main water line has dirt inside the pipes and all of our toilets and cold water lines are clogged with dirt. That's just wrong!!! We called and complained immediately after figuring out what the problem was with our water. We opened one of the faucets and a whole bunch of dirt poured out! Now our entire drinking water supply is ruined thanks to this company. They want to charge us $100 again to come back and fix the problem. Their excuse: it happens every time they do it!

Totally unacceptable!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER.

FINALLY, a plumbing company you can trust, and feel comfortable about calling back when you need them. Quick response when you call, excellent and friendly communication by everyone I've met or talked with in the group, quality work and fair prices. What's not to love about these folks --- I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
