I have finally found a handyman service that I feel comfortable with. Zack actually arrived early to perform the work. He repaired some drywall in my master bathroom and installed kitchen cabinet doors for me. He was professional and friendly. He did amazing work, and I would recommend this company to anyone that seeks great service for a reasonable price.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Randon was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our main shut off valve quickly and also provided insight into things we should keep on eye on with our plumbing set up.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

The plumber who came out was fantastic! Brent was able to fix the main issue we were having quickly and fixed a small issue as well. He was polite, professional, friendly, and the price was as expected from what they told me when I originally called. :)The office was also great at calling to let me know when the plumber wouldn't be able to make it the day I called (I called in the afternoon). They were polite and helpful when I called to inquire what time he would be by today. :) All around wonderful company!

This will be the second time Bertolino Plumbing has helped me out in a jam! I have been out of town for a new job most of the week, and when I returned I discovered a couple issues. I was freaking out not knowing what to do, but knew who to call. Rob Bertolino came out for same day service and educated quite a bit about my system and about several other questions I had. He was very thorough, professional and very patient with me. I was a mess and I know I chatted his ear off telling him our house's life story lol

But he was great and I am very appreciative of his service! Quick, reliable, and educational!!

We even discussed having his company do the plumbing for our demolished master bathroom in the next few months.

Here within an hour of my call and did a perfect job getting us back up and running! Left everything just as they found it, but fixed :)

Called Jim Bertolino when I saw that they were close to my house. Emergency issue, flushed upstairs toilet and it came back up the downstairs toilet. They came out the same day, earlier than they said. Had to clean out the main sewer line to the street. Very professional!

Out of the four hour window I was given the team showed up within the first hour and after a brief conversation about the issue, they got right to business and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were efficient and took plenty of pictures and video of the issue so I could see exactly what was going on. Definitely recommend, and will definitely call again next time a problem arises.

Super service, not often seen customer service, upfront pricing, and just plain damn good plumber. called in the eve about stoppage backup, took my name/number said he could get me next late morn, showed as promised, assessed the situation, gave me a price, and upon the OK, solved my problem as promised. His work ethic and customer service are a rarity in the service industry today. Clearly he will be called for all my plumbing issues. thanks tony (btw i did read the low star complaints..geesh really some people expect a heck of a lot, for very little, gimme a break people)
