Newman's has had my back since I purchased a home in Portsmouth a year ago. After months of getting nowhere with technicians sent by my home warranty people, I reached out to Melissa at Newman's. I waited all day for them. Due to it being a holiday I guess they were backed up. Upon their arrival they apologized for the delay and provided excellent service. They came out about 1:30am and didn’t finish till about 3:00am; although it was late the service was still excellent and professional. Will definitely utilize them again.
