Ricky is great professional. He is straight with you and will not do anything unnecessary. He is very responsive. He messaged me back on a quick video I sent him on my water heater. He was detailed in his response. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Very rude and not at all what they advertised. All these 5 star reviews have to be faked! I called at 12:30am because of a clog I desperately needed fixed right away. The guy who answered the phone answered with a big sigh then plumbing in such an apethic tone you would think we were a bother. I asked if they were available that night since they were listed as 24 hour plumbers. He replied there was no way he could get anyone out b/c they have already worked a 14 hour shift and just left work. They weren't going to come back in. I asked why they were listed at 24 hours if that was the case. He said that they try to be available at all times but that's not always the case. He sounded upset we even called. I will not recommend or even bother trying them again.

Today, June 2, 2016, Stile and Brian took care of my plumbing needs quickly. They found a serious problem with my sewer gas vent pipe. It was a 60 year old lead pipe that was badly corroded and about to give out. When they began snaking the line for a clog, the sewer gas vent pipe began to leak from the corrosion. It's a good thing it happened while they were here for the clog. They worked quickly and fixed both problems. They were kind and efficient. I am very pleased with their service and will trust Allied Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Stile and Brian!

Ryan & Seth came to repair our backed up plumbing issue today, July 16, 2014. They were courteous, professional and explained the issues causing the problem. They tackled the issues quickly and now we've got a kitchen sink that no longer backs up into the old garage washer drain line! It was really gross having that back up and across the garage floor, but now we don't have to worry about that any more! Thank you, Ryan & Seth! Thank you, Allied Plumbing! Job well done! Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.
