Finding a good plumbing company is difficult. I had one before and they were bought out. Finding Allied was great. Micah was my technician that came out, we were given a price up front, which was more than fair. Having a company give up front costs is great for everyone. Micah had to search for our water shut off and even go back to his shop to get a replacement piece. No worries about the plumber running up the costs because they want to drag out time while saying they are still on your clock. Allied plumbing will be my go to company anytime I need a plumber in the future. Thank you for the great work you all do!

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

charge of $104 for a local drive to a person house which doesn't include any work then another$56 to get started for the first 30 min. A bit steep to me. Then if the plumber is requested to return due to concerns with a part of the job the customers suffers the consequences of another $52 charge. 3 stars because of the technician work performance, just missed checking one item and was personable/ customer oriented and enough. Less two stars related to administration.

They answered the phone promptly. They had someone out within an hour. They were professional. They didn't complain about having to go under the crawl space. They had everything they needed in their truck. Their truck looked professional. They had it all fixed within an hour. The tech was nice, professional, and prompt. They were amazing!

I can't thank Spot on Plumbing enough for the help they gave me today. My water meter accidentally got turned off by my neighbor's plumber when they were working on her water and they left it that way. My water went off during the day and I had no idea how to turn the meter back on. I called Spot On Plumbing and spoke with Laura and she walked me through how to do it since it was a fairly simple process. She saved me a lot of money by not having to have anyone come out. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will call this business.
