Easiest 5 star review ever! I had a leaking water pipe in my yard. Their receptionist/dispatcher, Amber was really great, and JR was dispatched immediately arriving within the hour. He began to dig immediately, found the leak, got the needed part, and repaired it. All this in extremely hot, humid weather with a thunderstorm coming in from the north. JR was fearless. Oh, and the bill for this excellent repair was very fair and reasonable. I can't recommend this business enough!

Called them this morning hoping for some help and they told me probably this afternoon, but called back and sent them this morning. Brian and Jesus were so professional and actually got the issue fixed. Now I can do laundry and dishes. Thank you Brian and Jesus!

They replaced the old galvanized lines from the meter to the faucets with new PEX lines. Daniel and James (I think was his name) were my installers and they both did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Half Moon for our pumbling need since moving to OK. This time we had a leaking faucet in the bathtub. After waiting 4 days for the appointment, the technician spent less than 5 minutes in the bathroom, then reported that the likelihood of finding parts to repair are slim and if he did probably won't work, then recommend replacing because the fact was original to the house. Then gave a quote of over $1k to replace and I would have to repair the adjacent wall once they were done. On top of that they would have to schedule that for another day. I initially agreed to have the work done on the following Monday. However, after doing my own research I discovered the issue was a torn o-ring and complete rebuild kits were readily available at the hardware store. $15 dollars later and two hours including trip to the store inwasngood to go. I feel that the technician only wanted to upsell and not actually trouble shoot. Doubtful if we use Half Moon in the future if this is their new way doing business.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
