It was a Christmas Eve job and still, they called me back and were there less than an hour after my initial phone call. These are my regular plumbers. I use AoSP for my personal home and my rent house. Ricky has a great team that’s truthful and efficient.

Luke installed 2 toilets for us after previous service call revealed faulty seals around toilet. Luke was friendly, professional and on time. He did an excellent job & cleaned up & removed all debris. Very happy with service!

Enoch and crew at Kings are top notch! I had my entire house repaired/remodeled. New hot water tank, new shower, new toilet, and all new pex piping throughout the house. Been working here for almost two years! They take care of their employees.

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.

Horrible experience. Trying since June 2nd to get septic system cleaned out. Big run around and today is June 15th and it is finally getting done. I didnt get my invoices and now it is going to be more than what was quoted to my husband and I. There is a disconnect from one department to the other.

I've used Charlie's Rooter for many years. They always show up on time and solve the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable. More than once they have shown up at night, on a weekend or a holiday.

Sam came out to give me an estimate on running a water line from my front yard to my backyard. He was right on time, very polite. He gave me an estimate and I felt he was high but I am waiting on a couple of more estimates. The 5 star is because of the tech.

He arrived in a timely manner, very professional. Had to go up in the Loft to locate the leak. After he found the leak he showed me the material he was going to use and explain the procedure. I could not visually see the repair but he assured me that it was repaired. The work was done about 24 hours ago and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and friends.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
