Great service. They sent an email, confirming the time of the appointment, and the technicians called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Mike and Tristan were polite, friendly and professional. They put a large mat on the kitchen floor to keep it clean and shared useful tips to solve problems. I would definitely use this service again.

When I phoned Half Moon I was immediately taken care of. It was later in the day and still they scheduled my appointment for the same day. Tommy sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and it was sooner than i had expected, which was great. He allowed me to watch and explained everything I was seeing on his camera. He fixed the problem quickly, explained what had happened and why it happened. I will use Half Moon again, if needed. I will recommend them and Tommy any time .

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Built a new Pavillion in my backyard, have the beginning of an outdoor kitchen. Needed to run split natural gas line to multiple pieces of cooking equipment outside. Cale and TJ came, made the gas lines look like part of my Pavillions design. Lines are neat, well placed, function perfectly, and kept the look of the Pavillion design. I could not be a happier Homeowner!!!

Fast response and great work

I made an appointment over the phone, but they failed to record the appointment in their system. As a result, I was left waiting for a plumber who never showed up. I called 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, at which time I was informed of the error. I received a short sorry, with no offer to reschedule or make amends. I will be seeking plumbing services elsewhere.

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

This guy is a complete JOKE!!! Someone told me he was a great guy and good plumber. All I needed was a four compartment sink hooked up in a food trailer. He had the gall to charge me $3500. Didn’t even give me 30 days to pay. Harassed me when I didn’t pay. This was a $1000 job if that. I bought the two tanks, the pump and the hot water heater. 100% out of my pocket. All he had to do was plumb some pvc pipe and drains. $3500!!!!!! My fault for not getting an estimate before but I thought he would be like 99% of all plumbers in Tulsa and charge 60-80 dollars per hour. Not $175 per hour. The amount of work was maybe 6-7 hours and that’s a stretch. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!!! Shame on you Harry!!!!!!

I made an appointment to have my two AC units “tuned up”. The technician arrived late. First thing he asked is what are we doing here, I replied I need these 2 units tuned up. He preceded to hook up his gauges and add Freon. He ran out of Freon and said he would return Monday. He returned Monday and added the rest of the Freon. When he finished I asked him if he was going to do the tuneup he said no and left without giving me an invoice. Three days later a representative called and asked if I was going to pay the invoice, I said you would have to give me one first. He emailed me 2 invoices and the total was $800 for Freon. They charge me for 2 service calls and had 3 different prices for the Freon. When I questioned him about the double and outrageous charges he said someone would call me the next day. No one called I waited 5 days. I called 5 days later and I was told someone would call me back the next day. No one did. I called again a week later and was told someone would call me back for the third time and no one did. The customer service is terrible and everyone I spoke to just gave me the runaround. The whole experience seems like a scam! I am very disappointed and I can’t remember the last time I dealt with such unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior.

Excellent work would recommend to anyone. Does exactly what he says he's going to and he's on time.
