I had a line from my kitchen sink back up and they had to run their rotor rooter equipment 3 times to clear the clog. They were very patient and extremely professional. Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

I was trying to clean my drain out myself and was having a really hard time. I called and a couple hours later Stile came out. He was courteous and gave me upfront pricing for what he thought he would be able to do. He said if that didn't work he would apply the $129 to what he would have to do. He had it draining like new in about 30 minutes and I'm happy I didn't have to tear into the floor like other plumbers said I would. The defeat of me not being able to do it was worse than paying the bill.

Got there same day and quickly installed my new garbage disposal. Also fixed some poor pipe work while they were there.

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

We needed an emergency plumber over this past weekend so we called this company and my husband talked to a dispatcher and was told someone would be calling us back, we waited three hours with no return call or response. When we tried calling the dispatcher back it would ring and hang up. We ended up having to call a different company. It was a little disappointing.

They were on time did great job and cleaned up when finished. Very professional.
