Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Today, June 2, 2016, Stile and Brian took care of my plumbing needs quickly. They found a serious problem with my sewer gas vent pipe. It was a 60 year old lead pipe that was badly corroded and about to give out. When they began snaking the line for a clog, the sewer gas vent pipe began to leak from the corrosion. It's a good thing it happened while they were here for the clog. They worked quickly and fixed both problems. They were kind and efficient. I am very pleased with their service and will trust Allied Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Stile and Brian!

Ryan & Seth came to repair our backed up plumbing issue today, July 16, 2014. They were courteous, professional and explained the issues causing the problem. They tackled the issues quickly and now we've got a kitchen sink that no longer backs up into the old garage washer drain line! It was really gross having that back up and across the garage floor, but now we don't have to worry about that any more! Thank you, Ryan & Seth! Thank you, Allied Plumbing! Job well done! I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

The Service was prompt. The technicians were awesome. However, they got me in the billing. The job was done on a bid and yes I accepted the bid and paid for it BUT when I asked for a itemized listing of the charges I was told that it would take a bit to get that together since it was done on a Bid. Then I got a call from Tyler. He at least got something itemized back to me. The itemization wasn't completely detailed as I still do not know exactly what I paid for the hot water tank as they lumped parts all together. However, it was enough for me to see that I was charged for 3.5 hours of labor for 2 technicians, when they were only there for approximately 2 hours....2:30 - 4:20. Tyler told me that he verified via GPS information that I was right that they weren't there for 3.5 hours....so he was going to take 1/2 hour off. So the new math of 2:30 - 4:20 (2 hrs) is actually 3 hours. Hmmm....3 hours would've put them leaving at 5:30.For this reason, I will NEVER use Mullin again. I am grateful for their prompt service and the great technicians...but their billing practices need MUCH work. I'll know better next time before I sign the dotted line. :(
